I've got the sniffles
Granted, some people have massive allergies and about once a year, I get a little bit of something, but this year...Good Lord. It's been impressive. I'm having to sit here at the computer with my mouth hanging wide open because 1) I hardly breathe through my nose at all and 2) if I did, I'm sure snot would fly all over the place...or just ooze out...who knows. Plus, I know y'all wanted to hear that. I've had several inquiries about how things have been going lately...but I feel like I haven't actually had a time to reply...which I guess is a good thing in a way, but I am SOOO ready for my month of actual summer vacation. Yes, indeed...I'm taking summer classes. My first class was more than decent once I got through the first two chapters (which were about the most boring thing EVER). Now, I'm taking an accounting class (with my favorite teacher) but I have to go to class for 2.5 hours a day. Wait. Let me say that again. 2.5 hours a day. Goodness gracious. Oh well... I'm also working at the disabilites center at the school...which is sorta cool, but especially with the whole allergies thing and having to read (because that's all there is for me to do as of now) it makes it a little difficult. Last weekend, I was able to go to Kansas City to visit my family and receive some long-lost pets. We drove for about 19 hours and were only able to be with my family for about 18 hours, which was disappointing, but oh well. I ended up puking on that Sunday morning. No fun. I think it was the apple juice for breakfast...or maybe the Chilis from dinner the night before. I don't know, but that's just gross. Then, I came back for more school and work. This weekend, I lost my voice on Saturday. What in the heck that's all about, I don't know, but I'm almost better... Chris and I are about to go and look at a computer desk and I'm excited and then we're going to go to Matt and Dana's house for dinner. Yea for getting to eat her yummy good. She's a delicious cooker. Um... What else... I've had several comments lately (probably because it's baby season...seriously...over half of my friends in Fargo are either pregnant or just had a kid) about questions about my protruding stomach and I can honestly tell you that, no, I'm not preggo...I'm just a little chunkier than I used to be. Nor do I plan on getting pregnant anytime within the next year, so...if a thought like that comes into your mind, please don't say it out loud because it's not the case. I'm pretty sure with sick animals and crazy work hours and families moving and all of the crazy-ness that I call my life, I'm good with the amount of stress I have as of now. Time to take a break from adding new stressors to my life. I should totally take a picture of our new additions to our family and post it up here...but that would take time and I'm way too lazy. Adios, mis amigos.
